Digital Project Manager · AI Systems Builder
Zune Moe
Developer turned PM turned AI systems builder. From Myanmar to Singapore to New Zealand — one thread through five chapters: making things that matter to people.

Chapter 01
The Code
2012–2015
Fresh out of university, I joined a tiny Singapore studio and built an iPad storybook that hit the US App Store Top 10. Then moved to Yangon during Myanmar's digital awakening and led a dev team shipping the country's first educational apps.
Chapter 02
The Bridge
2015–2017
Revo Digital offered me the PM seat and I took it. Shipped Myanmar's first OTT TV app, survived a live football broadcast that nearly melted our servers, and delivered EU-funded apps for garment workers who'd gone from zero phones to smartphones in four years.
Chapter 03
The Scale
2017–2021
Joined rgo47 — Myanmar's emerging e-commerce player — and built the IT department from zero. Hired 25+ engineers, QA, and infrastructure specialists. Grew the marketplace to 150K monthly active users, secured 7-figure funding, and helped transform how a country shops online.
Chapter 04
The Systems
2021–2024
Managed enterprise systems for Changi Airport Group, Singapore Red Cross, and SMU at WeesWares. Then shipped CommonAcademy — an adaptive learning platform with AI writing tools — across Southeast Asia and Hong Kong. Learned that real systems thinking means holding complexity without simplifying it away.
Chapter 05
The Convergence
2025–Present
Managing regulated capital projects at a pharmaceutical manufacturer in Auckland. Building an AI agent ecosystem on the side — because a PM who started as a developer eventually wants to build tools for the job.
Writing alongside the work
Notes on project management, AI systems, and what it actually takes to build things that last.
