Fresh out of university, I joined a tiny Singapore studio and built an iPad storybook that hit the US App Store Top 10. Then moved to Yangon during Myanmar's digital awakening and led a dev team shipping the country's first educational apps.

The Bridge

2015–2017

Revo Digital offered me the PM seat and I took it. Shipped Myanmar's first OTT TV app, survived a live football broadcast that nearly melted our servers, and delivered EU-funded apps for garment workers who'd gone from zero phones to smartphones in four years.

The Scale

2017–2021

Joined rgo47 — Myanmar's emerging e-commerce player — and built the IT department from zero. Hired 25+ engineers, QA, and infrastructure specialists. Grew the marketplace to 150K monthly active users, secured 7-figure funding, and helped transform how a country shops online.

Managed enterprise systems for Changi Airport Group, Singapore Red Cross, and SMU at WeesWares. Then shipped CommonAcademy — an adaptive learning platform with AI writing tools — across Southeast Asia and Hong Kong. Learned that real systems thinking means holding complexity without simplifying it away.
